Notified the manager and they told me to buy the missing parts at Home Depot. Called back to discuss with sales person, Stephanie, and she was rude, sarcastic and not at all helpful. Best Buy customer service gave me the run around and finally they sent geek squad to my home twice. The TV was never repaired and never worked.
