  For years I've been a huge fan of this store and have enjoyed shopping here. However, there seems to have been a shift in the customer service. The last 5 times I've visited this store, not one person has offered to help me. The employees are all too busy to help. My visit last week was the final straw. The store was a disaster and not only would no one help, you couldn't even move around the store as items were all over the floor. I love the products so I will just buy them online from now on.
